THE PARENT ORGANISATIONS WHO INDULGE INTO UNFAIR TRADE PRACTICES WITH THEIR DISTRIBUTORS, CONTINUE TO BOTH SURVIVE AND FLOURISH, BECAUSE THE EXECUTORS OF SUCH UNFAIR TRADE PRACTICES, ARE NOT ONLY WELL AWARE OF THE DISMAL LEVEL OF LEGAL AWARENESS IN THE NATION, BUT AT THE SAME TIME ARE ALSO AWARE THAT, "CONVENTIONAL LEGAL PROCEEDINGS INVOLVE - HUGE EXPENSES OF COURT FEES, ADVOCATE FEES, APART FROM OTHER INCONVENIENCES INVOLVED AND THE LONG DELAY IN DISPOSAL OF CASES DUE TO DOCKET EXPLOSION IN THE COURTS" AND ALL THAT DETERS, ORDINARY PEOPLE FROM SEEKING LEGAL REMEDY AND MORE WHEN THE OPPONENT IS POWERFULL BY MULTIPLE TIMES. HENCE HIS INTENTIONS ARE NOT DIRECTED TOWARDS ANY KIND OF BIASED ATTITUDE TOWARDS THE BRAND OWNING ORGANISATIONS AND THEREAFTER INDULGING INTO ANY KIND OF TRADE UNIONISM, BUT HE INTENDS TO EXTENDED A PROTECTIVE UMBRELLA ONLY TO DISTRIBUTORS OF SUCH ORGANISATIONS (THE UNFAIR TRADE POLICIES OF WHICH ARE VISIBLE BY MASS ENTRY AND EXIT OF DISTRIBUTORS FOR THE BRAND IN COMPARISON TO OTHER BRAND OWNERS FOR THE SAME NATURE OF PRODUCT).

APART FROM PROTECTING THE RELATIVELY WEAKER DISTRIBUTOR FROM THE IMPACT OF FAULTY TRADE POLICIES OF SOME BRAND OWNING ORGANISATIONS, HE ALSO INTENDS TO ARRANGE AND THEREAFTER EXTEND ADVISORY SERVICES - WHICH CAN SUBSTANTIALLY SOLVE THE GENERAL NATURE OF, ABOVE MENTIONED PROBLEMS OF THE SMALL BUSINESSMEN.
