A. What are the primary aims of the endeavour to launch the web site ??

1. Plea to the government for, appointment of a regulator, which can monitor the functioning of brands, with reference to policy regarding sales vendors / associates.

2.  We are not bargaining for unlimited business for distributors from brands which they represent but a healthy gross and net margin assurance in monetary value and not as a percentage !!

Example if a distributor was earning (Rs.2 lac) as gross margins in (2005) which in % terms was (3%) and net margins before taxes being ( Rs.25,000) or ( .37%) and now his gross margins in (2010) stands at (1,00,000) at (3%) and net at (Rs.15,000) or (.45%) - the scenario is unjustified, since the distributor creates infrastructure aiming future growth and suddenly when his allocated business is curtailed - not only he looses on investment towards capital inputs but also fails to capitalise on the initial setbacks which he had willingly absorbed, in hope of future growth.

However the brands - reduce both gross and net margins, even when they themselves grow multifold.

3. Help distributors in maintenance and execution of statutory work, along with operational parameters, hence in the process
improving their operational efficiencies, thus contributing to their business growth.

B. Will identity of the distributor interacting with - save aam vyapari kept hidden ??

Since we are into the business of consultancy for improvement of business processes and solving problems confronting business and there is no wrong doing involved, but rather the consultancy is to undo the wrong !!
