AS BECAUSE THERE IS NO SYSTEM OF CREDIT EXTENSION TO DISTRIBUTORS BY THE BRAND OWNERS, WHEREAS DISTRIBUTOR INVESTMENT IS SUBSTANTIAL, IN TERMS OF STOCKS, MARKET CREDIT AND CLAIMS PENDING WITH THE PRINCIPAL COMPANY, THE DISTRIBUTORS ARE ARM TWISTED BY THE, REPRESENTATIVES OF THE ORGANIZATION AS PER CUSTOMIZATION DESIRED BY THE EMPLOYEES OF THE BRAND OWNERS, IRRESPECTIVE OF ITS FINANCIAL IMPLICATION ON THE DISTRIBUTOR, SINCE THE DISTRIBUTOR, IN GOOD FAITH, BUILDS UP LIABILITIES, LIKE - STOCK AND DEBTORS WHICH IN ACCOUNTING LANGUAGE ARE ASSETS !!
THE EXISTENCE OF LIABILITIES ARE LIKE A TRIGGER ON THE HEAD OF THE DISTRIBUTORS, WHICH PREVENTS THEM FROM TAKING DECESIONS FAVOURING THEIR MUTUAL FINANCIAL INTERESTS.

HOWEVER IN NO WAY OUR VIEWS HAVE UNIVERSAL APPLICATION, SINCE THERE ARE BRANDS, WHICH HAVE ADDEED LOT OF VALUE, TO THE CREDENTIALS OF THEIR SALES AGENTS AND IMPLEMENT, FAIR TRADE PRACTISES AND ANY ERRORS, ARE TOTALLY CO-INCIDENTIAL, AS BECAUSE COMPLETE PERFECTION IS NEVER POSSIBLE !!

The organizations should honour the fact that, small traders lack access to resources like -

1. Low interest loans,
2. Public money by issuance of shares,
3. Expert consultancy,
4. Economies of scale,
5. Access to vast and valued resources, to take on the might of organizations with large scale operations, but it in no way implies that, the large organizations retain the right to customize operations in a manner which will end up victimizing the small traders !!


WE WONDER ON THE TRUE STATUS OF THE DISTRIBUTORS FOR SOME ORGANIZATIONS. WHILE THE BALANCE SHEET OF THE ORGANIZATION CONTINUES TO PROSPER AND THE PAY PACKETS OF ITS EMPLOYEES HEAD NORTHWORDS ALONG WITH E.S.O.P TO EMPLOYEES – THE GROSS AND NET EARNINGS OF DISTRIBUTORS / BUSINESS PARTNER HEAD SOUTH, MORE WHEN APART FROM HIS SKILLS AND TIME THERE IS LOT OF INVESTMENT BY WAY OF MONETARY INPUTS BY THE BUSINESS PARTNER. WE WONDER, WHETHER ANY ORGANIZATION HAS EVER EVEN THOUGHT OF ALLOCATING SHAREHOLDING TO ITS DISTRIBUTORS/ BUSINESS PARTNERS ??
